1. Physical Books (Paperback)

  • Paid subscription: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, no pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Refunds are provided only for: duplicate or erroneous charges, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.

This policy applies to all products sold by Akajiofo Press. We reserve the right to update this policy as new products are added.

  • Fulfilment partners: Amazon and Lulu. Books are printed and shipped on demand.
  • Delivery times (estimates): Belgium & Netherlands: 3–7 business days. Rest of EU: 5–10 business days. UK: 5–10 business days. USA & Canada: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to local customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Tracking: Provided by the retailer after dispatch.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The book must be returned in resalable condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Damaged or defective books: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
  • Lost or stolen packages: Contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
  • Wrong item received: Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
