Physical Books (Paperback)

Because each copy of The City He Never Returned To is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you to be completely satisfied.

  • Damaged or defective books: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
  • Lost or stolen packages: Contact us within 30 days; we will work with the carrier to resolve.
  • Wrong item received: Contact us immediately for a replacement.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of eBooks and downloadable content are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 14 days and we will help resolve it or provide a replacement file.

Newsletter Subscriptions

  • Free subscription: No payment, no refunds applicable.
  • Paid subscription (The Speculative Circle / The Speculative Repair): You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided only for duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent access.
