2. Eligibility
By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Newsletter Subscriptions
- Free subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@akajiofopress.com.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until the end of your current paid period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
4. Refunds for Subscriptions
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
5. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download has begun, unless the product is defective.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers: Stripe, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including essays, excerpts, and newsletter materials — is the intellectual property of Ibekwe Paul Chukwuemeka and Akajiofo Press. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
